社会招聘和校园招聘，差别不是一点点？

翻了以前的帖子，说校园招聘来的待遇比较好，晋升快，难道广核不是同工同酬的？？

那么是不是可以这么理解：校园招聘的基本就是在编的，社会招聘的基本就是不在编的？如果是这样的话，社会招聘和校园招聘还是有差别的，而且差别还不小！
