1. SNPEC HR will conduct a survey close to the end of training for your preferred options: stay in HQ or to other jobsites like Sanmen/Haiyang/Xian Ning etc. Sometimes the company has a general deployment plan and certain discipline could only work at the jobsite for example blasting and safety engineering. Another fact you may not know is currently the HQ is almost full. If you choose to work in SNPEC my suggestion is come to the site and get some practical field training experience.
2. About payment issue those belong to you will be issued to you finally most time a little bit late because of finacial formalities. No need to worry.
3. Yes you do have opportunities to go back. |
